based on the operating experience of old type Y oil pumps. TAY type centrifugal oil pump is developed after absorbing and digesting world advanced technology, the new products improve reliability a lot and are more energy-saving, the main feature as follows:
Improve rigidity of pare and structure, and also reliability.
The hydraulic components are designed more efficient, the efficiency is 3-8% higher than the old one.
The parameter, structure, installation dimension are basically the same as the old Y type oil pump, so it easy to renew the old one.
The bearing house can be made from cast steel, it can be cooled air or by fan which are suitable for cool area, open air and shipyard
The use
The TAY type pump are wildly used for petroleum refinery, petrochemical and chemical industry to pump petroleum products with no solid particles, liquefied petroleum gas and some other liquid material.

Capacity: 6.25 to 600m3/h
Head 30 to 603m
Temperature: -45degree to 420degree
Construction
TAY type pump include cantilever type of one or two stage, double bearing type of one stage or two stage and multi-stage type, as the drawings indicated.
Casing: Radial split, centerline mounted, The flanges of pump suction and discharge nozzles are designed perpendicularly upwards, but the suction nozzles of one stage cantilever type pump may designed horizontal, discharge nozzles are designed perpendicular.
Shaft thrust: One stage cantilever type pump uses balance hole and double seal rings, two stage cantilever type pumped double bearings type pump are designed to mount the impeller symmetrical, multistage pumps use balance shaft thrust.
Bearing: One stage and two stage pump install one set radial ball bearing and one set back to back thrust ball bearing, it is lubricated with oil. Multi-stage pumps mount radial ball bearing or sliding bearings, and also have a pair of thrust ball bearings to take remnants of thrust.
Sealing: The pump can be sealed by packing or mechanical seals on customers requirements.
Driving: The pump are driven directly by driver through the membrane coupling. The rotating direction of the pump is counterclockwise, viewed from driver end.
